Dr. Peter Wutchak MBBS (UWA), DRANZCOG, FRACGP, Partner Dr Wutchak graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1993 and moved to Collie in 1999. In addition to family medicine, he practices anaesthetics, obstetrics and has a special interest in sports medicine. Away from work he is a dedicated family man to his wife and 3 children. Peter enjoys most sports especially running, golf and is a keen follower of cricket and a passionate Hawthorn supporter. He has also started learning the violin. |

Dr. Saumitra Seal MBBS, M Fam Med (UOFS), DA (SA), FRACGP, Partner Dr Seal has been practicing general medicine and obstetrics in Collie for the past 5 years. He was born, bred and studied medicine in Bangladesh and then continued to practice in South Africa. At the WONCA congress 2000 in Durban he was inspired to move to Australia after learning about Australia’s health care system and pursue a career as a General Practitioner.Outside of work, Saumitra likes being with his wife and 2 sons. He also enjoys going out and exploring new places, watching cricket, gardening and cycling. However one of his favourite pastimes is sitting down by himself in a large green park with a brisk wind, doing nothing! |

Dr. Jan Van Vollenstee MBChB (Pretoria), FCS (SA), M.Med (Surg), Partner Dr Van Vollenstee arrived from South Africa at the start of 2006 but has vast experience with 28 years in general practice and 14 years in general surgery. He held a pilot’s licence in South Africa and is very interested in flying. Jan loves golf! He and his wife are active members of the Collie golf club. |

Dr. Vikram Cleophas MBBS (India), MD (Medicine), Associate Dr Cleophas studied at Christian Medical College in Punjab. He has practiced in India, Saudi Arabia and now in Collie. When not at work, Vikram enjoys playing the guitar and painting. |

Jenny Swan (Nurse in Charge) Jenny has been at CRVMC since its inception and has the nurse’s station running like a well oiled machine. Her interests include fishing, camping and canoeing. She also enjoys travel and has recently contracted Bali itis. |

Janet Fitzpatrick (Women’s Health Clinic) Janet organizes our well women’s clinic and is passionate about woman’s health. She is a long sufferer of Bali itis. |

Rhonda Hart (Registered Nurse) Rhonda only works at CRVMC part time (which is all that she can fit into her busy life). Apart from being a dedicated mum and wife, she loves to ride horses. |

Trish Stocks Trish has been nursing in Collie for 15 years and has now joined our team part-time. She enjoys holidays with her family and friends and gardening and in the last few years she has been caught up in the all things "vampire phenomenon". |
Our Staff

Angela Sutherland (Practice Manager) Although quoted as “one powerball…”, we are sure that Angela does truly love us otherwise she wouldn’t have been with CRVMC since it opened in 1998! Our local Collie girl is responsible for organizing the administration of the surgery. When not at CRVMC, she enjoys gardening and walking the dogs. |

Julie Morton Julie is our most experienced receptionist (also been at CRVMC since it opened). Away from work she is a dedicated grandmother and is also a regular tourist in Bali. |

Michelle Pokrywka Michelle is our calming influence in the reception team. Although never seems to be ruffled by the pressures of the surgery, she did recently have a long holiday in Europe and now claims that she enjoys travelling (or escaping?). |

Debbie De Angelis When Debbie is not gallivanting around Europe “drinking pina coladas, getting caught in the rain”, she is our saviour at balancing the doctor’s rosters and providing a great sense of humour around the surgery. |

Kelly Davies Kelly is a bubbly mother of 2 who enjoys spending time with her family & friends and is currently renovating her home. |

Britt Shaw The mother of an active toddler, Britt loves to work part time as a receptionist for some R & R |

Chloe Curran Chloe is a devoted mother of one who enjoys holidays, spending time with family & friends and loves spending time in the garden with a glass of wine. |

Deborah Martin Has just caught the travel bug and is looking forward to travelling to far off destination in the future. Enjoys gardening and walking the dog. |
