Appointments
Please ring 9734 4111 for an appointment with your preferred GP. Our staff will endeavour to accommodate your request. However, sometimes this is not possible and you will be advised of the availability of other GPs at this time.
Routine appointments are for about 10 minutes. Please let the receptionist know if a longer consultation is required.
Urgent medical problems are always dealt with by the on-call doctor. If you need to be seen on the same day, there is always a practice nurse to triage to the on-call doctor.
For your convenience, a SMS reminder will be sent to your mobile phone to remind you of your appointment the next day.
As the current demand for medical service is high, it would be appreciated that if you wish to cancel a booked appointment that this is done 24 hours before. Late cancellation or missed appointments will incur a $22.00 charge.
